Clear scopes

Send a work order or list and we will reply with a written scope and quote. If the work order is vague, such as “door broken”, we will ask questions or request photos before we attend so the right parts come on the first visit.

Tenant access

We contact tenants to arrange access when you ask us to, give notice in line with your instructions and turn up when we say we will.

Reporting

After each job you receive a short summary of what was done, with before and after photos where useful. If we notice other issues during a visit, such as a failing silicone joint or a rotting deck board, we report them so you can decide what to do.

Grouping jobs

Where possible, we group several work orders at the same property into one visit, which reduces disruption for tenants.

Rental minimum standards

Victorian rental minimum standards cover things like locks on external doors, window coverings and the condition of the property. We can help with many of the non-licensed items, such as adjusting doors so they lock properly and fitting window covering hardware. Electrical, gas and plumbing items need licensed trades.
