- 2. Get a written scope. We reply with what is included and a quote, or suggest a short visit if we need to see the job.
- 3. Book a time. Choose a time that suits and let us know about access, parking and pets.
- 4. We do the work. We work through the list, clean up and show you what has been done.
Tips for a quick, accurate quote
- List every job, even small ones. Small jobs are easier to fit in when they are on the list from the start.
- Add photos of each job with something for scale.
- Give measurements where you can, such as the size of a TV, a mirror or a section of fence.
- Mention if you already have the parts, such as a new handle, shelf or towel rail.
- Tell us about access: stairs, parking, gates, pets and whether you will be home.
- Let us know if anything is urgent, like a door that will not lock.
